Parent Portal and Contact Information

Parents and Guardians:
 
This is a reminder of the importance of creating a Parent Portal account, where you manage both your student's information and your own contact information. All communications sent from your school and the district utilize the email address and cell phone number you have listed in the Portal. Beginning with Summer 2024, this now includes bus passes.
 
Please note:
  • If you did not receive your summer program bus pass in your email or if your child is in Summer Acceleration and you did not receive the welcome email, submit a contact form with information about your issue. Please include your current email:
 

⚡ I don't have an account!

If you need to create your Parent Portal account, please complete the form below and a member of our staff will email you your account activation code and directions within 24 hours:
 

⚡ I have an account, but I forgot my username or password!

If you need to retrieve your username or reset your password, please email [email protected] and include your full name and your students' names.
 
 

⚡ How do I access the Parent Portal?

Install the Campus Parent app or access the Parent Portal on a computer by clicking Campus Parent (Portal) under the PARENTS menu on any MPS website.

⚡ I don't know how to update my contact information!

Once you are logged into your Parent Portal account, follow these steps:
  1. In the left menu, click MORE
  2. In the main menu, click FAMILY INFORMATION
  3. Next to your name, click the UPDATE button
  4. Update your email address and cell phone information
  5. Click the blue UPDATE button
