About the Interim Superintendent

Dr. McCartney has over 30 years of experience working in education in New Jersey. He began his educational journey as a Middle School English teacher. From that point on, Dr. McCartney served in various roles in school systems, including alternative school teacher, professional development coordinator, high school softball and soccer coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent.

 

Millville Public Schools welcomes Dr. McCartney to our district to serve as Interim Superintendent during our 2024 Superintendent search process.
